In her 28-year tenure within the technology industry before joining Lenovo, she dedicated her expertise to serving education, federal, state, and local government customers throughout North America. Throughout her career, Leslie held various sales and leadership roles that contributed to her strategic approach. Leslie has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas in Austin.

Furthermore, she has demonstrated her commitment to professional development by obtaining a Prompt Engineering for ChatGPT certification from Vanderbilt University. Beyond her corporate endeavors, Leslie actively engages in mentoring programs within the technology sector, aiming to make a positive impact on women in technology.
