You will receive your hotel confirmation number a few weeks prior to the event.

The Fontainebleau Las Vegas is approximately 4 to 5 miles from Harry Reid International Airport.

No, transportation to and from Fontainebleau is the responsibility of the attendee.

Attendees are responsible for airfare and transportation to and from the airport.

Event transportation will be provided to and from the evening events.

  • Meetings: Business casual
  • Evening & Networking Events: Casual

Please plan to arrive prior to the Welcome Reception which begins at 6:30 PM.

  • Monday, Sept 22: Dinner will be included at the Welcome Reception
  • Tuesday, Sept 23: Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be included
  • Wednesday, Sept 24: Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be included

Meetings will take place at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas on Level 2M.

  • Monday's welcome reception will take place at KYU located within the hotel.
  • Tuesday's evening event is TBD.
  • Wednesday's evening event will take place at The Sphere. Uber vouchers will be provided to use for transportation to and from The Sphere.
