The group has a room block at a discounted rate at the Sheraton Imperial (4700 Emperor Blvd, 282 Page Rd I-40, Durham, NC 27703). If you selected a room is needed for this event, Event Strategy Group will book a room on your behalf.
Should your plans change, and you will not be attending the conference, please cancel your registration please inform Jen Muniz at jmuniz@esg.us.
The deadline to register is Friday, August 1, 2025
If you need to modify your registration, please contact jmuniz@esg.us and you will receive instructions.
You will receive your hotel confirmation number a few weeks prior to the event. If you have any questions, please email jmuniz@esg.us.
All event activities are business casual.
Attendees are responsible for their flights and airport transportation. All Lenovo employees and Sponsors are responsible for hotel fees.
- Dinner will be provided at the Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening.
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided for Wednesday's sessions and evening event.
- Breakfast and lunch will be provided for Thursday's sessions.
Please plan to arrive in time for the Welcome Reception at 6:00 PM.
Sessions will end at noon so please leave enough time to travel from Lenovo HQ to the airport.

All meetings will take place at Lenovo Headquarters in the Executive Briefing Center (8001 Development Dr, Building 8, Morrisville, NC 27560)
- Tuesday's welcome reception will take place at the Sheraton Imperial.
- Wednesday's evening event will take place at Bay 7.
