  • Lenovo Employees will receive a comp code to enter during registration.
  • US Partner registration fee: $1000 USD
  • CA Partner registration: $690 USD
  • Sponsorship registrations are included with certain sponsor packages. Please refer to your package for the number of registrations included. Sponsors will be sent a comp code to enter during their registration.

Should your plans change and you will not be attending the conference, please cancel your registration before Monday, March 24th, 2025 to receive a 50% refund. Send an email to lenovoaccelerate25@esg.us advising of your cancellation. Once we receive your cancellation, the refund will be applied within five (5) business days.

No cancellations or refunds are accepted after Monday, March 24, 2025.

Substitutions within the same company will be accepted but must be submitted via email to lenovoaccelerate25@esg.us no later than Friday, April 4, 2025.

The deadline to register is Thursday, April 3, 2025.

You will receive your hotel confirmation number a few weeks prior to the event. If you have any questions, please email lenovoaccelerate25@esg.us.

All event activities are business casual.

Attendees are responsible for their flights and airport transportation. 

Your registration fee will cover room and tax for the nights of Tuesday 4/29 and Wednesday 4/30.

  • Dinner will be provided at the Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening.
  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided for Wednesday's sessions and evening event.

Please plan to arrive in time for the Welcome Reception at 6:00 PM.

All meetings will take place at the JW Marriott New Orleans.

  • Tuesday's welcome reception will take place at the JW Marriott New Orleans.
  • Wednesday's evening event will take place at the Sazerac House (walking distance from the hotel).
