Lenovo has set up a room block at The Westin Austin at The Domain for the nights of Wednesday, November 4 and Thursday, November 5.

Hotel room and tax will be covered by Lenovo for Partners. All other travel expenses are the responsibility of the attendee. 

You will need to provide your credit card upon check-in for incidentals.

You will receive your hotel confirmation number a few weeks prior to the event.

• Please plan to arrive by 5:00 PM for the Welcome Reception + Keynote that will take place at 6:00 PM at the hotel.

Flights and transportation from the airport are the responsibility of the attendee.

Lenovo will provide an airport shuttle on Friday, November 6, at the conclusion of the event for departing attendees. Additional details, including the shuttle schedule and pickup location, will be provided prior to the event.

Wednesday's Welcome Reception is located at The Westin Austin at The Domain first floor Primrose Ballroom from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM.

Thursday's evening event is located at Punch Bowl Social from 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Meetings are business casual.

Evening events are casual.

Transportation from the airport to the Westin is the responsibility of the attendee. Lenovo will provide an airport shuttle from the Westin to the airport on Friday, November 6, at the conclusion of the event. Additional details will be provided prior to the event.

Lenovo Channel Partner attendees are responsible for their flight and arrival airport transportation.

Hotel accommodations will be covered for Lenovo Channel Parnters.

Sponsors and Lenovo employees are responsible for the cost of their hotel accomodations.

Return airport shuttle transportation will be provided for all on Friday, Novmeber 6th.

All meetings will take place at the hotel, The Westin Austin at The Domain.

• Wednesday: Dinner will be provided at the Welcome Reception and Keynote.
• Thursday: Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided.
• Friday: Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

The registration deadline is Friday, October 9, 2026.
