Yes, Lenovo will book your hotel room based on the dates provided in registration.
Lenovo will cover the costs of Monday, October 20th & Tuesday, October 21st.
If you choose to stay over for a Thursday, October 23rd session, the night of Wednesday, October 22nd will also be covered.
The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas.
The Ritz-Carlton is about a 9 mile/15 minute trip to Dallas Fort Worth and an 18 mile/25 minute ride from Dallas Love Field.

No, all attendees will need to arrange and cover the cost of their travel to/from the event.

The following meals will be provided as part of the event:
- Monday, October 20: Dinner
- Tuesday: October 21: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
- Wednesday: October 22: Breakfast & Lunch (Dinner for those attendees staying for Thursday sessions)
Lenovo 360 Data Center Technical Certification and Lenovo Storage Sales Certification tests will be available to take in-person at a Thursday optional session. Space to join on Thursday will be limited and you will be able to sign up during registration. If spaces fill, you will receive a voucher to complete either course complimentary within 2 weeks of the event date. Please see the Certifications page for more information.
