No, transportation to and from The Allegro Royal Sonesta Hotel is the responsibility of the attendee.

Attendees are responsible for airfare and transportation to and from the airport.

Event transportation will be provided to and from the evening events.

Please plan to arrive prior to the Welcome Reception which begins at 6:30 PM.

• Monday, September 21: Dinner will be included at the Welcome Reception
• Tuesday, September 22: Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be included
• Wednesday, September 23: Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be included

Meetings will take place at the Motorola Office at 222 W Merchandise Mart Plaza, Chicago, IL 60654 in the Chicago Theater 19th floor.

• Monday's welcome reception will take place at Francois Frankie Le Carousel Bar (222 W Randolph St, Chicago, IL 60606) located across the street of the hotel.
• Tuesday's evening event is a Cubs game and a shuttle from the hotel will be provided.
• Wednesday's evening event will take place at Tortoise Supper Club (350 N State St, Chicago, IL 60654). Uber vouchers will be provided to use for transportation to and from dinner.
