You will receive your hotel confirmation number a few weeks prior to the event.
Marriott Irvine Spectrum is approximately 8 miles from John Wayne Airport (SNA) in Orange County.
No, transportation to and from Marriott Irvine Spectrum is the responsibility of the attendee.
Attendees are responsible for airfare and transportation to and from the airport.
Event transportation will be provided to and from the evening events.

Please plan to arrive before Day 1 Forum kicks off at 2:00 PM.
- Monday, October 12: Dinner will be included at the Welcome Reception
- Tuesday, October 13: Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be included
Meetings will take place at the Marriott Irvine Spectrum - 1st Floor - James Ballroom
- Monday's welcome reception will take place at Hive and Honey located in the Marriott Irvine Spectrum on the rooftop.
- Tuesday's evening event is a sunset cruise then dinner at Louie's by the Bay and a shuttle to and from the hotel will be provided.
